For consistency, weigh yourself in the morning, after using the toilet, and before eating or drinking.
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, typically over the nipples. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
Wrap the tape measure snugly around your ribcage, directly underneath your breast tissue.
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Relax your stomach.
Wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your hips and bottom. Keep your feet together.
• Standard dose: 2mg daily (can be split into 1mg twice daily)
• Maximum safe dose: 8mg daily (consult your doctor)
• Take with food to reduce nausea

Bicalutamide requires regular liver function monitoring. Get blood tests every 3-6 months.
